oh btw, i sent you a friend request on psn, Rc-Cola wanna play cod4? me and lil_pun were just playing
I don't have COD4, just Warhawk and Resistance when it comes to multiplayer games. I don't really play online games that much, so I don't know how much playing I'll be doing. I've been pretty busy with school lately, so I'm not even sure I'll be playing a lot of games anyway, online or offline. I'll still try to add you later this week or next week, assuming you're OK with that.
I bought the PS2 hard drive when it came out... and not for Final Fantasy XI. I'm getting very irritated with Sony.
yeah its aight, especially coming from the dude who keeps me up to date with video games lol i swear i dont even have to go to gamespot.com just go to the bbs
Hmm, so is not the time for me to break down and get my PS3 (40G)? They aren't coming out with a updated console or anything are they? I thought I read rumors about that somewhere on here.
It seemed like they were going to announce a new SKU by now, but that of course never happened. It almost seems like they were replacing the 80GB PS3 with a new SKU, but then they changed their minds. They will bring back the 80GB SKU and bundle it with MGS4 (and a few other goodies) when MGS4 is released next month. Don't know if it is a limited deal or something they might keep selling for a while.
No doubt about it: http://blog.us.playstation.com/2008...s-of-the-patriots-–-product-details-revealed/
Thanks. I guess now is not the right time to buy. Either wait and get the 80G, or hope for a price drop on the 40G when it comes out.
Not sure if they'll drop the 40GB price when this SKU comes out. Like I said, I don't know if this will be a limited offer or something that Sony will continue to offer throughout the year (or whatever). If it is the latter, then yeah, perhaps something might be in the works. E3 will be in July IIRC. Price cuts can happen at just about any time, but if Sony is planning on cutting the price this year (or changing the SKU offerrings), E3 might be the time to do it. Of course, then you start getting into the habit of wating every month for a price drop. I could probably come up with a good reason why Sony might drop the price of the PS3 in each of the remaining months of the year.
I don't mind getting the one for $500. It looks like a good deal. Why do you think prices will drop each month though?
Sorry, I didn't mean that they would drop the price each month. I meant that given any one of the remaining months, I could gives reasons as to why there might be a price drop during that month (assuming there hadn't already been one). There would only be a single price drop, but it could occur in any of the months. That was the point I was trying to make.
