According to the posts in the bottom this'll be out some time in February and likely for $14.99. If you were into Shadow Complex on Xbox or any of those other Metroidvania type games this is probably a must buy for you. Plus it's a remake of Strider of course. They should make a HD port of the original Strider (arcade). The best strider to date and a very difficult game. I used to play it all the time when I was a little kid and was very good at it. Stopped playing for a year and tried playing it again and got stomped.
Anyone playing Ghosts? Haha. I bit the bullet and got Call of Duty (I traded in a couple games I wasn't playing and managed to get it for free, so no harm done, KMA Activision.), Killzone's multiplayer hasn't been doing it for me long term, and I needed couch co-op for the Mrs. Anyway...I'm usually only doing deathmatch when I'm around, but I'm always up for whatever. Curious about all of the modes, seems like they've added a few. Really want to play Extinction more. Do any of you know if it will support 4K (Ultra HD)? IGN says it will, but other sites seem less conclusive. That would be a major disappointment if it won't.
4K video, sure. 4K video games, unlikely. Well, it could do 4K video games, but it probably wouldn't be the best decision by developers (just like trying 1080p on PS3 or even PS2).

MLB The Show is the only reason I want to get the PS4, will wait until it comes out before I get one.
Strider will be out on Feb. 18th for those interested. I think I'll get it day 1, looks awesome. I believe it's the same day (maybe the 19th) that the embargo on the footage (just shown to European media this past week) for The Order: 1886 will expire. They still need to show it to the US media apparently. Allegedly there will be destructible / dynamic environments and the game is 1080p/30fps. Strider should keep me busy until next month when Infamous: Second Son is out. Oh and the first Call of Duty: Ghosts DLC (Onslaught) is out on Feb 28th for PS4. Apparently the extinction episode is pretty good, I may not get it if I don't have anyone to play through it with.
Two questions: Does anyone know if Thief will have the option to switch between first and third-person? Do you all think the new headphones support is worth buying those new headphones?
Well I am very disappointed to hear MGS5 Ground Zeroes main story is only 2 hours long. I myself play MGS mainly for its story and a 2 hour campain is not worth $40.
I've never bought any of the previous games, I thought Ground Zeroes would be the firsts but apparently not. There's too many major games coming out in March to waste money there. As of now between this month and next I'm getting: Stryder Titanfall Infamous South Park? (I really hope this game is awesome) Not to mention I'm currently playing: NBA 2K14 (MyCareer playoffs) Counterstrike Rocksmith Injustice: Gods Among Us and... Super Mario 3D World / Lego Marvel Super Heroes when the wife is in a game mood. We need a "Now Playing" thread.

Since 2k's last update the sound has been funny in games constantly skipping. It's annoying. Hope they fix it soon. Played it for 10 minutes last night. It was ok. I prefer Resident Evil 4.
