From what I have heard, it isn't. I think it was rumored that a LFD2 is already in the works and that it would be multi-platform.
I've been playing it since it came bundled with my PS3 but stopped to play Devil May Cry 4. The visuals are nice and can see how this game could take 50+ hours to beat. To me it's like a Grand Theft Auto, where you have multi job offers from different bosses. The map is so huge though so you do have to spend some time driving around to get to places.
