I'm actually surprised it hasn't happened more frequently; he attacks the basket with a viciousness I haven't seen... ever.
not if they can't score on you. the pacers don't have a superstar for the bulls to fear. if the pacers had a superstar, then yes, doesn't matter how good their defense is. he was injured last year and it slowed him down a bit. but he's only 22. the good thing is he has expanded his game with a jumper.
the bulls would have a tougher time scoring on the pacers without rose then the pacers would scoring on the bulls
well the deficit was 5 when rose went out. it's 4 now. you haven't seen their defense, esp with the 2nd unit. throughout the season, they have a + when rose is on the bench. why? b/c their defense with the 2nd unit is ridiculously stifling.
this bulls' team is definitely allen iverson-philly part 2, except the bulls have a better offensive team.
that's what the bulls need to do: have rose play off the ball. when he gets it, just attack. they can't have him be the PG right now, they're trapping him all the time.
It's pretty obvious from this series that Chicago's offense can be completely shut down if teams get the ball out of Rose's hands. They do not have a second ball handler and creater. This is a big problem for teh Bulls. They won't go very far if teams exploit that.
