God knows I hate the no-talent v.palmer as much as the next guy. However. This game was officiated fairly. Derrick Rose more times than not earned those foul shots. That is the last thing you can complain about. Look, the pacers basically could not close the game out. If they had, they would have won.
I am not surprised that the bulls won this game. The bulls are a tough team. Do you guys remember bulls vs. celtics series a couple of seasons ago? The game went to Game 7, and multiple overtimes for that series.
did u watch the game? cuz he was fouled constantly.. nobody on this board seems to care when kmart draws ridiculous fouls.. at least be consistent for gods sake. LMB
Making free throws and shots is not getting lucky. Clearly the Bulls played some great defense to finish out the game. Quite frankly, the Pacers were making a lot of well defended shots (aside from Boozer's ghost defense on Tyler).
Most people saying the game was rigged probably didn't even watch the game and just looked at the boxscore. As LandryMegaBeast said the audacity of any Rocket fans complaining about 1 player getting foul calls when our Kevin Martin draws a lot of fouls that are nothing like Rose got fouled today.
wow, rose did come up big at the end and damn did indiana get scared. 1 point in the last 3:30 i think? and there were about 5 times rose got a completely clear path to the basket due to defensive confusion and indy's big men are just awful at either taking charges or playing D without fouling so all 5 seemed to result in free throws. and yeah, boozer looked like he did on team USA where he couldn't do anything right. rose needs to wear some sort of shock collar that shocks him every time he takes a 3 in this series. there's no reason to.
Lebron nuthugger again trying to downplay ROse play. Did they even watched the game? It was fairly officiated and he EARNED all of them! How about them two clutch shot when he took over?
Yes. Because the bulls were so smug, that they thought that they could beat the pacers from any spot, at any time. And they did, so I suppose that they were right. Still, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that they "banked" on an indiana fold, rather than playing to win from the start. That's why they didn't deserve the victory.
Someone didn't watch the game. How is it rigged, when the Rose just blows by 4 Pacers, and the final Pacer can't do anything except fouling.
To be fair Pacers were shooting lights out on jumpshots, not really anything you can do when a team does that. But they blew their wad and had nothing left in the last 2 minutes.
Wow the Bulls won!?!? Last I checked in on the game was around 3 mins left ......and the Bulls were behind 10.....
The only way you don't deserve to win a game is if the refs obviously cheat. Anyway whether the Bulls deserved to win or not doesn't matter since the series will say Bulls 1 Pacers 0
That's bull. There's no such thing as deserving. We played harder than the Lakers two years ago, does that mean we deserved to win that series? Not really. Also, lulz at everyone whining about refs. Not to mention, I've never understood this concept that FTs have to be even. At all. Teams don't foul at the same rate, after all.
Indiana didn't give that game away. Rose finally found some teammates in the 2nd half especially with Deng showing up.
It was funny seeing Boozer get shat on by Hansbrough/Mcroberts this game. If only Yao could have done the same thing in the Rockets series a few years ago.
They will not get far in the finals, if only D Rose shows up every game, as you need more then one player in the finals. Boozer needs to step up.
