I will be rooting for us to make the playoffs. It is still possible. We have to win out though. I think utah will lose at least once

Do you really think that or are you hoping? The only real tough game left is Phoenix.

The best way to make the playoffs is to not be on the Rockets. Their castoffs will make the playoffs, this season.

    Hawks -T-Mac
Knicks - Jeremy Lin, Jared Jeffries, Steve Novak

Lakers - J Hill, World Peace

    Bulls - John Lucas

Magic - Ish Smith, Von Wafer

Heat - Shane Battier, Juwan Howard

    OKC - Fisher

Well I am hoping and I sincerely think that they will lose to either orlando or phx.

If the Rockets don't make the playoffs, they have 2 picks right? The Knicks pick and their own?

Let's say we win out, what type of help would we need from the other teams?

We would need utah to lose one and phx to lose one. Ideally, you want phx to lose tomorrow and beat the nugs and the jazz (if we win out)

If we won out, we'd finish 36-30.

Denver would have to go 1-3 or worse... @Phx, Orl, @OKC, @Min
Dallas would have to go 0-3... GS, @Chi, @Atl
Phoenix would have to go 3-1 OR WORSE... LAC, Den, @Utah, SA
Utah has to lose one game... Orl, Phx, Por

That is what would have to happen for us to pass ALL of them. It's highly likely Dallas is in as all they have to do is beat GS on Friday.

I believe the only chance we have is to win out and hope Utah loses to Orlando or Phoenix.

Two of these five teams, including Houston, will not make it.

To win out we need to beat Miami who is fighting for the no. 1 spot. Highly unlikely.

In other words, it's very likely Dallas makes it and most likely Denver is in. It's also, in my opinion, very likely Phoenix doesn't make it, especially if we win out. That leaves Utah. If we win out and they do to, they get in.

They HAVE to lose one game or our chances are slim to none.... barring a Denver meltdown.
