It does mean "you can't see me". "I can't feel my face" doesn't relate to anything basketball so I don't know where that came from.
btw, like I said on the day it happened... lebron should have been tossed (and imo suspended) for that elbow in game 1. They FINALLY made it a flagrant 2 today (upgraded from a *non-call*)
