Yao is a giant, though. Nene really does look like a baby next to Yao. I remember the two matching up. Nene was trying, but Yao was dominant in those days.

Not many true centers played well against Yao (not talking about Amar'e and other converted PFs).

They are the best scoring teamin the nba. The thunder are in trouble. I think size is huge in the nba. Biggest problem with the rockets.

I predict we will Durant at the free throw line an in-proportionate amount this whole series. Over and over and over.

They don't have anyone with the size, length or speed to go up against him.

Their best bet is a more physical defender, like Artest, but unfortunately they don't have that. Durant is get pass his man every time around.

Kevin Martin got a mention there for tying Durant for most free throws made in the season.

not sure who to cheer for. I like the thunder. but want denver to win a series, especially if the knicks get knocked out. I mean denver is a classic Cinderella team who lost their best player and a lot of people thought they were done when they lost CA.

anyway.....just hope both teams have a good series and no one gets hurt.

I'm pretty much rooting for the underdog in every series.

I'd take Special K and Big Al - slight advantage Nuggets, IMO. Ibaka's slightly more valuable than Martin, though it's definitely debatable, but Harrington puts Collison to shame off the bench.

although i feel the thunder will win, I want denver to go into the second round.

I reckon it would be hilarious if the knicks get knocked out of the playoffs in the 1st round and denver advances. I am sick and tired of all the franchise player talk in the nba. I want to see team basketball.

The Nuggets were hitting everything to start, contested and uncontested.

Seems like they've cooled down a bit, and here comes the Thunder.

OKC has the best fans by far, I know that's weird saying this on a Rockets fan website but I'm not gonna be biased and give them credit for being epic.

Thunder bench won it in Denver a few weeks back. Not completely surprised the bench has brought the Thunder back in this game as well.

It's too bad these teams are playing each other and one must be eliminated.

The crowd is playing incredible freethrow defense.
