maynor was one of the main reasons why they won game 2. he played out ofh is mind.

hopefully zach can get his head together for this game. they need him. surprised memphis got out of that quarter with the L.

Mohammed is pretty known for his defense. Harden was pegged as a good defensive stopper coming out of college, and Collison is that hustle guy for them.

I would argue that, aside from Durant and Westbrook, the Thunder don't have offensive players at all.

But I don't mean that the bench players completely suck on offense, by any means.

Neither team brought their "A" game, at least yet. That was a sorry 1st quarter. Westbrook was pathetic. KD was great. Mayo was great. If either team locks in, I think the other will be in deep trouble.

I expected both teams to come out strong playing at a high level. So much for that.

This game looks too messy and sometimes a bit physical

I hate these early start games. I think both teams playing bad is a by product of the early start time.

Forgot to mention I think the start time today of 4:00pm is a sign of disrespect to this series. Heat vs. Celtics gets all the glamor. Not too many care about this one.

As soon as Ibaka came back in the game the Thunder started to play great defense again. This guy has got to be in the All-Defensive team.

Nobody does Just compare the Number of pages in this thread and in the Heat Celtics although I see that ending in 5 this would most likely stretch to 6 or 7

who wouldve guessed this series would be more competitive than the Heat Celtics

    &

    Tony Allen what Dumba$$

Not this year but he's made big strides. Early in the season, he went for every pump fake. There were a few games where Scott Brooks benched him for long stretches because he specifically told Ibaka not to go for fakes but he did anyway.

After he became a starter and got a lot of time with the 1st team, Serge really grew up. From the beginning of last season to the Lakers series and then from the beginning of this season to now, Ibaka's growth has been spectacular. Amazing to watch. At times I felt Brooks was holding him back but maybe it was best.

Not true. One of KD's big weaknesses is shot selection. He's being a bit more selective in the playoffs.

Someone tell Doris Burke to be quiet. Ibaka's had the jumper since last year but Brooks banned him from shooting it. He didn't come into the NBA skill-less.

Doris Burke is horrid. I vote her for 2nd worst commentator on Earth.

Jon Barry isn't much better. A couple of months ago, Ibaka hit 3-4 jumpers in a game and he acted like a miracle had happened. The ignorance of the announcers about small-market teams is pathetic sometimes.

see this is when you need rudy. teams are keying in on zbo and the grizz can't score.

and no one is making KD exert any energy defensively.

i'm talking about how the thunder creates shots for him. he rarely has to create a shot for himself throughout a game (which could be due to his mediocre 1-on-1 game). but having a lethal stroke like he does help.
