Sixers have completely nutted up; Heat put it into another gear. I guess I'll watch DVR'd Dr. Who until the 4th qtr.

I still don't like the Perkins trade......but it is what it is. I think that the are rounding into playoff form.

Yep MIA flipped the switch on these boys, but why is that surprising? They are a great team and they are playing Philly lol

What's even more amazing, he is 6'4! I sometimes forget because he plays like he is 6'9.

only the great teams can turn on that "switch" DURING a game. rarely does that happen. and they usually are triggered by their defense.

the lakers w/ shaq-kobe used to do that all the time.

Its not as rare as you would think.....great teams that play to the level of their competition do it quite often. LAL has been doing it for 2 years, Boston has been known to do it and SAS has been doing it for as long as I can remember. (My dad is a Spurs fan and alot of their games against lower record teams tend to be close until the final few minutes)

With all the talent MIA has on the floor, especially compared to PHI, it is absolutely no surprise that they flipped the switch in this game. I mean did anybody expect them not to lol?

the lakers didn't do that last year in the playoffs. they struggled w/ OKC b/c that team was more athletic. they destroyed the jazz on their way to the finals, when they struggled vs the celtics.

they might have "coasted" in the reg season. but i don't think they did that in the playoffs. it's all about matchups.

but yes, can't wait for bos-mia. best series in years i predict.

Great teams can flip the switch against subpar teams....that has been proven time and time again. MIA isn't doing anything new here...just doing what they are supposed to.

I hope Boston and Miami put the kids to sleep today so we can see some real basketball.

I said during the Olympics that Wade was like a 6'4 PF on the floor. Even though he was shorter than the Euro guys, they had NOTHING on him when it came to elevation and strength.
