Yup, and past championship teams have dropped 1 or 2 games during the first round as well. I think focus is a huge factor. The Pacers, like the Rockets when we played LA, are playing with something to prove. If the Bulls get their act together and start playing like they did in the regular season, the Pacers stand no chance.
U mad?? Btw, Bosh and Wade are also on the team, so you point is moot. Bosh is playing just as good as Lebron and Wade right one. Also, the celtics are a shell, of what they were last year. Btw, if you just come in here to hate, get another hobbie.
Boston? Nope. Not after they traded Perkins like idiots. It'll be Miami v Chicago with Miami going to the Finals and winning it all.
The Bulls and Lakers also have easy opponents. They haven't looked like contenders so far. Just give credit where credit is due.
you think a sixers team playing the most hyped team in recent memory in the first round of the playoffs isn't focused? if anything, the sixers should be the most focused team b/c of the national hype for miami. bulls get their act together? they have absolutely destroyed the pacers on the boards. their defense is pretty much on point. they have done the things that won them games this season. and that's why they're 2-0. their weakness has always been their offense, and in the playoffs, it will be exposed vs a good team. and the pacers aren't even a great defensive team.
Where did I say the Sixers team weren't focused? Did you just pull that out of your ass, as usual? Bulls offense has been horrible, they made a ton of mental mistakes down the stretch. They also had a bad number of turnovers. A ton of turnover means you're not focused. Simple as that. It really annoys me how you always argue for the sake of arguing. Bulls offense is struggling for a reason, they have a lot of turnovers for a reason, and focus is a part of that.
well you said the pacers are playng with "something to prove," which i take as a potential reason for why the bulls are in a tough series. they're shooting bad too. the bulls' offense is basically rose isos or rose's pick and roll. very predictable. if rose has to take THIS many shot attempts (and that includes fts) to score his points, the bulls are not going anywhere. the reason they are winning is b/c they are pounding the pacers on the board like crazy. that shows effort and hustle right there.
Oh my god. Of all people, why is it that I always seem to have to break things down into the most logical format with you. First of all, no where in my post did I imply the Sixers weren't focused, nor the Heat for that matter. You came up with that alone, get this part through. Second, when I say "playing with something to prove", that means they will be at their best and the Bulls can't expect them to roll over. That is not so hard to understand. Third, it IS a tough series because Pacers "are playing with something to prove" and the bulls need to be at their best if they want to finish them off. It doesn't matter if they show effort and hustle, if they don't show focus on the offensive end (notice the term focus), they will turn the ball over, they will miss open shots etc. Really, I don't understand what there is to debate about with my initial post. It's like you want something to argue about.
If anyone needs a link, try this one. Quality is pretty impressive and no lag. I know it says indy vs. chicago, but its definitely miami vs. philly. http://www.firstrowsports.eu/watch/61059/3/watch-indiana-pacers-vs-chicago-bulls.html
What!?! Ever since when has letting the ball roll on the court part a Rajon Rondo trick? Chill out now.
