Only Kobe as a superstar will do this kind of dirty job.
Not LeBron, he's all about stats.

Really? Stop bringing up Lebron's name in every thread. I like how ever Kobe fan thinks he isn't respected by the refs.

LAME! Blaming his idol inability to score 20 points on not getting calls!

The Hornets have to be coming out of this game knowing they can beat the Lakers (which is something no one thought before the series). They took game one, and basically blew this one with FTs and turnovers. This reminds me so much of the Pistons/Lakers series in 2004. Hopefully we get the same result

I think a lot of it had to do with Dwayne Wade shooting 72.3% from the field and Lebron shot 66.7%, while Kobe had the WORST shooting of all the regular players. But the defense does count...

c'mon man, please watch the game with an objective eye. don't wanna get into one of those with ya again, so it's nice if you can be objective. kobe was a nonfactor offensively, as was gasol. bynum and defense carried the lakers tonight

Talk to me when chicken LeBron took the best perimeter player.
Like Turk or Rondo when they got raped.

This game shows just how good the Lakers can be. Their two best players had very subpar games yet they still beat a quality team comfortably. I look forward to the Lakers Thunder series in the Western Finals.

    O RLY?

22 pts, 7 boards, made Kobe a non factor on offense.

I'd like to see Lee do that.

I dunno, the Lakers were at home playing a team that everyone in the WC wanted to face and they only won because the Hornets couldn't hit a free throw.

Yes, he played a brilliant game. Odom also. And Artest does seem to hit the timely shots for this team in the playoffs.

Is it me, or the female reporter asked Phil how Kobe could get a call?
So she's a Lakers fan I guess? Talk about objective.
