    You guys realize that the Rockets org will pay that fine, it will come against their bottom line and since it is donated to charity will be a tax write off....so good for the charity and the org....

    No...no. The org nor the players are rewarded in any way for a fine.

    A fine is a payment to the league. The league can then donate to charity. League gets the right off. Cuban has even said he doesn't know where the fines go. Owner fines don't even have to go to charity, since they aren't shared with the Union.

    dis dude is the head honcho. hired the coach he was coach of the year and hired the general manager who pulled off that cp3 trade. He always seems to give them enough room to use their talents.

    He asserts his will here and there for thing he deems important but he isn't a micromanager. He wouldn't let morey tank but other than that he signs off on almost anything morey recommends.

    it all starts at the top and we got a good one in htown
