If Lowry plays defense, does not take bad shots, and continues to drive into the lane. I believe this team will be better than expected. Not WCF good, but we'll stay around 4-6 seed and MAYBE get into the 2nd round depending on who we play.

I suppose our team will make the second round at least. rockets were defeated by the same old opponent twice in a row in the past two seasons, but the chance weren't too far from us to touch, we just didn't grab it.

our team led the series 2-0 over Jazz in 07's playoffs, but they lost two games in a row in the evil nest of Jazz afterwards, then both team won each home game to put that series to the 7th match. We had homecourt advantage in that series so our team could have trapped the Jazz at home, but JVG's bad decisions finally threw to FAILURE. Why didn't they make the foul in the final minute? Juwan Howard played pretty hard that game, but we still lost to Utah motha fukin Jazz, that breaks Ghazi's heart. :(

the chance of last season was more slim that 07's because our franchise player Yao left us even before we finished our 22 winning streak. but this season our team is much stronger than we had ever been in the past seasons. Artest averages 14pts/g when tmac is suited up, while that stat is 20pts/g for those games tmac is sidelined from. our team is 13-6 without tmac this season, I think that explains something. Our team is gonna make it to the second round or even the WCF, or even the finals. our team can start our off-season proudly and start a new season with full confidence, but tmac will remain a second virgin when he steps back to court. I really hope tmac will be traded this summer and will never step back to our team.

Since Cassell is waived, can we still sign him since the Rockets have some money left now ? If so and they do, our chances will go up and we can make it to the semis. Right now, a first round exit is very likely. I have a feeling Tracy is not going to have surgery and will try to play which would be very bad for the Rockets.

tmac is more deserving to be waived than Cassell, but the cheapa$$ les just doesn't want to retain his garbage contract. I would have waived him for a couple months if I were les or morey.

les doesn't want to retain his contract, but he still has to tighten belt and pay him the 25m dollars that remain on his sh!tty contract.

I think that would have been a horrible decision. His contract will be VERY valuable this after this season. You don't have to waive a guy to keep him from playing.

First round and out. Just like the past two years, and the team isn't even as good. Anything can happen though.

I think Suns are going down now, with Amare out for rest of reg. season. I dont agree with your predictions though. I see PHX or Dallas missing the playoffs. I hope its Dallas. I freakin hate all Dallas teams :)
