Your hyperboles make you look like an idiot. In the very first playoff game of his career, he had 36 pts (12-19 shooting) and 11 assists. The Bulls beat the Celtics that game.

    1) this is a #1 seed and cannot afford to go down 1-2 to a team that has no business beating the bulls.
    2) drose has been pathetic in the first 2 games of the series.
    3) he absolutely carried the team tonight on his back offensively as he was responsible for 50% of his team's points (points and assists)

that bulls team vs the celtics had no pressure. rose was a rookie and didn't have a magnifying glass on his every move. he didn't go into the series as an MVP.

totally different expectations. this game had much higher expectations and drose delivered like a true superstar. this was the best game of his career.

Lol I am calm. You're stating the obvious, that's why I said Bulls team that plays like this, not the Bulls.

A little late, I know, but seriously.... Hawks fans make Heat "fans" look dedicated.

I think t-mac1 might be right in making a case for Rose best game thus far. 12pt in the paint, 12pt on mid range, 12pt from 3s, 16-27fg%, 7assist, 5 rebound, 1 block, and 2 turn over. Its hard to argue against that. So lay off him a little. As much as he critique Rose, he also give credit when due. He did the same for Lebron, his other favorite player.

"Best game of the playoffs" is much different than "best game of his career".

who cares where are all those people who said chicago losing in five now lol. Because jj shooting nearly 70% happens every day, where as smith shooting 25% is nothing new.

Can someone please explain to my why Derek Rose is considered so good? His stats aren't that impressive... especially this playoffs. Ok he has had one really good game, but he is shooting 40% from the field, an abysmal 15-59 25% from 3pt and has 58a to 32to in the playoffs... like how is that any good?

he has been pretty mediocre for an MVP/superstar for the most part in the playoffs except 2 games vs indiana and last night's game vs the hawks.

but the bulls continue to win even when he struggles. when you win, people don't really care how you get it done. and b/c i guess this is his first year as a superstar, he's getting a pass for some of the porous games he has put up.

but last night's game was truly phenomenal though. wow.

Man, I want whoever is going to be the next Rockets head coach to institute this trapping Chicago defense. So aggressive defensively, love it. No easy baskets.

bulls falling back to earth with their O (was an aberration last game as all of their jumpers fell).

it's up to their D and rebounding to win thsi game.

If nothing else, this game is scrappy. If the Lakers had just played with the energy these two teams are showing, it wouldn't have been a blowout.

Josh Smith is the dumbest guy on the Hawks. The groaning of home fans when he shoots jumpers reminds me of Shawn Marion shooting 3s in Phoenix and Jeff Green shooting them in OKC. Guys, when the home fans start groaning, you should know something is up.

Chicago is shooting 36.5% from the field and down by only 1. This can't be good news for the Hawks.

damn rose back to suck mode. this team must feel really confident in its defense for rose to keep sucking like this shooting the ball.

If Boozer played like this consistently, I'd pencil them in for the Finals. As it is right now, I would put Miami or Boston ahead of them- not to mention that Atlanta just might take the series, depending on the outcome of this game.
