    Wow tinman

Why do you continue to make a big deal out of this Yi thing

Why not go pick up a Wii and busy yourself with some lighthearted children's game

And yet, you chose to click on and participate in the thread not just one - when you might actually not know what it's in it - but *twice*.

Nice Rafer Alston omission from the list. but we understand

This was the most useless thread in NBA Dish history, but its turned into a fun game :)

Andre Turner, Lester Conner, Jon Barry, McCoy McLemore, Hank McDowell, Jack Sikma (j/k)

    would this guy count?
    Mirsad Turkcan

what are you talking about, now we are enriching our knowledge as basketball (NBA) fans of another team's history.

if one person says "WOW! Lester Conner!" or "WOW!! Rafer and Sam on the same team!" its worth it.

If the Bucks were good enough for a member of the Jacksons, then they are worthy of any lesser talents.

He's a closet racist or doesn't like the fact Yi is receiving more attention than our beloved Yao

Tinman, your extreme hatred on a player based on his one move that you do not like is ridiculous. At first I thought that you just went along with the bash party on that kid. But now I started thinking that there is something wrong above your neck. Yi is not the first sport player who has dissed a team and refused to play for them. Do you remember the Manning family threatened the Chargers publicly not to draft Eli? For the last whole week, you have been trying to make the incident out like it's a conflict between American Vs Chinese and American culture Vs Chinese culture. And you have also been relentlessly trying to inject patriotism into the issue. Like someone has said, get a life, man.

you obviously can't name any ex-rockets on the list of Bucks.

its not a conflict between American and China. its about the integrity of the NBA.
if you don't care about the intergrity of the NBA, go watch cricket. Who cares about Eli Manning? this isn't the NFL.

Hey, i'm not the one dissing Milwaukee cause only 1200 chinese people live there. Its about GOOD VS EVIL.

those Chinese fans in Milwaukee probably were excited about Yi, until he cold dissed them.

    Go David Stern!

WHAT ABOUT STEVE FRANCIS THEN? DIDN'T HE DISS EVERYONE IN VANCOUVER?

You refuse to answer this extremely pertinent question.

yeah he did, but i'm not Canadian. David Stern should have implemented a rule then. Plus the Grizzlies were wusses and gave in to Steve. Now the Bucks stop here!

    CAPITAL LETTERS IS COOL LOOK!

    tinman great thread.

You need to salute some of the great Don Nelson Bucks teams of the early to mid 80's, you know the Bob Lanier-Junior Bridgeman-Sidney Moncrief-Terry Cummings-Paul Pressey-Marques Johnson-Ricky Pierce-Alvin Robertson vintage

Those were some very, very good teams - legit contenders to win a title in 80, 84, 86 - and would have given this years spurs as good a run for their mney as anyone - they just had the misfortune of playing in an era with several great, great teams and ran into the Celtics/Sixers Buzzsaw. They were always favorites of mine back then though (probably because our YMCA team was the Bucks - though we wore orange for some reason).

BS, the Wii sounds too much like "Yi" so you refuse to play it.

If you were a real Rockets fan you would play something with Super Mario in it, because, if you didn't know, the Rockets had a great player named Mario Elie who helped us win some rings. I only play games that have characters that have names similar to Rocket players.

Street Fighter.... I bet you play with Zangief too because he does the Malone bearhug as a move, you traitor.

Why couldn't you post this information in the other Yi thread. Yi held out for a bigger market, he's following the steps of other players such as Kobe and Steve Francis, and at the end of the day, if he succeeds it's a good business decision. Remember Steve was voted into the all star game as a starter (pre-Yao so no more it was all Yao argument) because he had the flash and was playing in Houston instead of say..... Vancouver.

So if he didn't implement a rule then for SF, why should he single out Yi as an example?

If you're fine with SF refusing to play for Vancouver, then you are a hypocrite.
