    Most Recent: Antonio Daniels

Late in the second quarter, Antonio Daniels collided into a hard pick set by
Houston center Yao Ming that sent the Sonics guard crumbling to the floor c
lutching his left thigh. Daniels, who left the game, was diagnosed with a qu
    adriceps contusion.

    I also remember:

Manu Ginoulli was injured twice by Yao.
    Luol Deng collided with Yao.
Joe Smith landed on Yao's foot and got injured.

    Anyone else?

Deke Deke showing Yao the way! I think it's yao's knee actually. When he sets a pick he bends his knees a bit and when you run into him you're getting a knee into your body. That's how I've been accidentally taking a fewpeople out lately with my picks :( It sucks but it's completely accidental.

It is just physics, he weighs about 100 pounds more than most guards and his knee is about at the same level as a guards thigh. There are going to be injuries when a guard is running at full speed around a screen. Might be an x-factor when someone like Nash crashes in Yao's knee and goes down with a deep thigh contusion.

Like I've said, I love it when Yao sets a nasty pick. Maybe illegal every now and then, but it sends the same message as a hard foul and puts fears in the hearts of opponents. While I hate to see anyone injured, I love it when Yao intimidates.

Look at the size of Yao's leg. If his upper body built like his legs, forgot it, every center out there should just quit and retire.
