Rockets shop was awesome. And my glory keeps growing exponentially. At least we're on the same page with Affliction bros, which are numerous everywhere.
Oh wow - every time I went passed this as a kid, It was kind of the landmark that we've made it back Home to houston. Miss that giant hanger on the side of 45
Stop trying to suck up, bro, for the last time, no you cannot become an honorary Aggie/SEC/JFF-boy. I'll buy you a Blinn t-shirt or something.
Got my first case of food poisoning at Grandy's on South Main back in the early 80's. Crapped like a pet raccoon for a day. Great times....
There and Texas Avenue in Baytown were good hangout places. I was there one time when the cops raided the street by blocking off both ends and bringing dope dogs down it. Remember hauling ass through the Baytown Tunnel back in the day too. Fairmont Parkway between Pasadena and LaPorte was a good place to race as well. Nothing was out there back in the day. Another fun place was on Monday's at the Gulfway Drive In on South Shaver. It was $1 night and we'd bring in kegs and have huge parties. Banged quite a few chicks there back in the day.
I camped outside that store to get concert tickets many times and you probably sold me a couple of items.
Was Grandy's the one with purple and red colors with a drawn granny sillouhette for their logo back in the day. I just vaguely remember one being on the Gessner/Fondren area
They had $1 Longneck beers on Friday for Happy Hour. I worked right around the corner, my broke co-workers and I would drink as many as we could in an hour
I assume that's Telephone? They're still out there. I've managed to avoid that stretch my entire life somehow.
