Amazing that real pin-stripes make a uniform look so much better. Not those FAT things they call "stripes" on the current uniform.
Any of them are better than what we have. As long as we keep Red. The silver is growing on me... Or, if we keep the red/white combo with silver.
I like the Francis one....If we somehow decide to go with red, white, and blue(BORING), then we should go with something like that.
Don't worry about not getting new uni's. I checked with Matt Jackson and the guys at Sports Radio 610 and they said the rumor is not true.
Amazingly that logo characterizes Houston perfectly. The Astros official colors are "Brick and Sand." The Rockets' colors can be "Concrete and Smog." It's already in the logo anyway.
DavidS Awsome logo, my favorite that I've seen so far. I like the Francis jeresy very classy and modern looking. The mobley one is alright but I like the Franchise one much better anyways nice work. I hope the new logo and uni' somewhat resemble your designs.
Anyone know when the new uniforms/logo will be made public? I have a bad feeling about this. Think about all of the drastic uniform/logo changes that have been made in the recent past (I mean real changes, not like the Spurs logo change from rainbow to grey), which ones have actually been good? Not too many. I just hope that the Rockets don't go from bad to worse.
In my opinion we need to bring back the tradition and look towartds the future. I want ClutchCity back! This is the answer to our Prayers........
Bringing back the "old mustard" unis will not bring a championship. Besides, I don't want to be a "ClutchCity." I want to be a DYNASTY. We were called "Clutch City" because we won by the skin of our teeth. Not because we were a dominating dynasty. There is a difference. No more iso-predictable ball.
Winning two Championships in a row and sweeping Orlando in the second year is not exactly "winning by the skin of our teeth." Besides, every champ is tested at one point. The Lakers won by the skin of their teeth vs. the Kings last year.
Check the regular season. And about the Kings. That's because the Kings are almost as good. Surely better depth. The Rox had a mental edge that comes with wining the title already. Sooner or later teams learn to overcome that. Also, the two years we won the ring are two different situations. But you lump them together like the same things happened.
