Guaranteed nba contracts are so ridiculous. I remember why I started following mma and football more.
Absolute trash player. He is one of the worst shooters in the league and obviously has no sense of self awareness. I don't want him on the Rockets at all.
If you can get Josh Smith's head right and get his basketball game where it should be. This guy can bring a championship to the right west team or east teams (Cavs, Hawks...). If you can get 20 strong minutes off the bench each night from him. That would be insane.
Being cut is exactly what a guy like him needs. I'm absolutely positive that Morey's looking into this as we speak.

Well lets see. He doesn't work on his game at all. He is shooting 40% on 2's and 24% on 3's and of course he is shooting 48% from the line. I am not sure where the narrative that he is a good defender came from. He does block shots and he is a mediocre rebounder, but he is regularly out of position defensively and gives up needless easy baskets. I hope he goes to Dallas, where he and Rondo can play a game of H-O-R-S-E.

I am not saying he is a star in this league but people are avoiding him like herpes.... He is still a serviceable player. Dat contract though.....
If this happens, we should be asking Phoenix about EB, rather than Dragon. Dwight needs to be on the phone with Smith now
that provision only works for players that the team had under contracted at the time of the creation of the provision -- not ones that were later acquired via trade or free agency.
