Don't do both sides. I had my left eyebrow pierced twice on one side for a year or two. People really liked the look. Make sure you can wear snakebites or whatever else you might want to pierce at your job... Go with tattoos instead. They'll end up being more meaningful if you plan them out and will last a lifetime! I don't have the amount Lil Wayne has, but I'm definitely heavily tatted.
I used to have my ears and tongue pierced about a decade ago but neither is pierced anymore. I caught a lot of flak for the tongue piercing. Even my dad was like, "If a guy has a pierced tongue, he'll probably suck your d!ck." That Chris Rock video was real popular at the time, I think it was "No Sex in the Champagne Room".
I don't believe that "helps with fellatio" line. If I wanted to f*** metal, I'd stick my d*** in a toaster. look at me! I have tattoos! look at me! I have piercings! look at me! I want attention! I'm expressing myself! I'm bad! I'm a rebel! look at me!
