was at la g6, too. the loudest i think I've ever seen TC was the clincher game v portland for the first series win in 12 years. it was pretty rowdy that night. nothing like the 90's playoff games but i digress....
Pierce signed a contract extension with the C's when they were a Lottery team with the likes of Wally Z, Al Jefferson, Gerald Green, Delonte West, Orien Green, and younger versions of Ryan Gomes and Kendrick Perkins. My guess is he was chirping then, too. Loyalty and patience paid off. Let him chirp.
I am pretty sure from now on every time when a player/opponent went off in Miami, the same "I am taking my talents to South Beach" line will be cited by someone.
I guarantee you PP said much worse things to Lebron during the game. If you don't think Pierce is a tough guy and an amazing competitor it probably means you're a McGrady fan and don't what those two things look like.
i respect paul pierce so much he could have left boston and no one would blame em (getting stabed near death and then coming back )so dont tell me he isnt tough and dont spread lies about this man he might be a lot of things but hes no quitter and one of the tough sob
I hate paul and the celtics a lot because they are and always will be douchebags But i guess my hatred for LeDiva is ten times that so GO PP, that was pretty funny
Lol @ you always bringing up the sore elbow thing. And he did play with the sore elbow. You act like he is the first player in the NBA to not play as good when injured.
I like that teams genuinely don't like each other in this era of the nba. Im not a fan of the 'friendships' that exist between opposing players in the league today. At some level, im willing to argue that it affects your play on the court. For example- I think that being friends with Chris Paul changes the way LeBron plays the Hornets. That being said- Paul Pierce needs to shut up. Stop being tough on twitter. You're the guy that gets carried off the floor one moment and then ten minutes later back on the floor like nothing happened. Keep it all on the floor.
