I was in Suite 1 which suite were you in. I saw Bob Sura go into suite 6 which i was in last time so i figured some of the Rockets would be there.
That white guy sitting next to him is saying in his mind: "Oh gosh, leave the poor kid alone and watch the freakin game."
Did you ask Sura when is he ready to play? I heard he's ready to be back in one more month. Not sure if it's true though.
No i didn't go up to him or say anything. Saw him walking along side me when we were in the hallway...didn't want to sit there and annoy him.
I was in Suite 7. They were two over, so it had to be Suite 5. That's behind 3rd base for those who don't know.
I don't really think Hawkins looks that mad. That really just could be the way he looks when see's a bright flash two suites over at a baseball game where he wouldn't be expecting it. In fact it kinda looks like he's about to give a little smile but wasn't quick enough to it. I think everyone just assumed he looks mad but really take a close look at the pic. Also, he was the 4th leading scorer in the nation at Temple, I'm pretty sure he's had his picture taken before. Yonkers is the only person that can tell us whether he was actually mad but he just said he seemed mad and that he felt like paparrazzi. That isn't sufficient enough to tell me he was actually that mad. This really isn't that big of a deal but a lot of ya'll have passed on some pretty harsh judgement on something you don't know for sure if he's guilty of.
The caucasian in that picture with JVG is Rus Granik, NBA's Deputy Commissioner. At least that is who he looks like to me.
I didn't use a flash for the picture, that's why the picture is so grainy. Also, he maintained that face after I had taken the camera down from my eye and smiled at him. I felt uncomfortable smiling at him while he was looking at me like that so I looked away after a couple of seconds or so. Not sure if he was mad, but that's how it went down.
I think you're right, Fegwu. It does look like him. It looks like the same guy who always starts the 2nd round of the NBA Draft.
But what I cannot understand is this.....what is he doing in Houston and at the ball park? Maybe he was among the China trip contingent who came home with The Rockets charter plane and then decided to stick around Houston for a while.
