game 6 was not ours. we had to overcome stupid calls on Yao. I think Yao only had like 11 points or something cuz he was sitting with foul trouble the whole game

 

the mavs had no chance in that game with how tmac was rolling. it was a blowout for hte most part.

 

Only referees could stop Yao with putting foul troubles on him. Clutch nailed it there:

bottom line, the mavs didn't win a dang thing either. it ain't about getting out of 1st round or not, it's about winning the title. wait, didn't the mavs lose in the 1st round when everyone expected them to win the title?

 

While we're doing picture requests, does anyone have the T-Mac in a black Rockets jersey background? It was posted on the board randomly a few years ago...

I've never understood why the Rockets haven't done this yet. There's a few teams that have alternate jerseys. I know the Bulls have an alternate black one. It would be another source of revenue for the Rockets as well. Plus, the team would look like assassins in red on black jerseys. I also remember seeing the pic in question (that red and black fan designed rockets alternate jersey) in a thread a while back. Somebody should forward it to the Rockets front office.

 

well that's dumb. why wouldn't you want to make profits? isn't the NBA's controversy all over rigging these games and extending series about making more money? and they don't want to make black jerseys?

 

Thanks for the info...Do you happen to know what the reasoning is behind it or was there no justification given? I hope it doesn't have anything to do with violence, the so-called hip hop culture, or the NBA being viewed as a thug league by some.
