If I didn't know Yao was 7'6'', I'd say he was just 6' to 6'2''. What do you think?

How do you develop your body so that you have tree trunk legs and hips like a power lifter and the marathon runner??

    with no stamina??

Some current (from earlier today) pics of Yao. The league better look out because he is getting some major size and definition in those arms.

And he's putting some nice work on his "Knock 'em into next Tuesday" screens:

This one looks more like one of those dreaded moving picks, but anyone unlucky enough to run into Yao's elbows on this play better have their will drawn up in a hurry.

I agree. The one thing about Yao is that despite the fact that he is freakishly tall, he is completely proportional. That pretty much sets him apart from every other uber-tall big man from the past.

yao looks unbelievable in those pictures. falsone has done a great job with him. for all the offseason work that cd and jvg have put in, yao's improvement is the key to taking this team to the next level. he has the ability to be unstoppable every single night.

Well, if you really want to learn, growing till you are 7'6 will be a pretty good place to start.

That screen sequence is just hilarious. The final pic with him holding his head thinking "WTF happened?" is classic.

With Yao even more solid this year, "I pity the fool" who tries to run through a pick.

Man there's so many aspects of Yao's game that are underappreciated. He sets some mean picks.
The best one (not the most painful) is the one where he helped free T-Mac for the game winning shot against the Mavs in game 2 of the playoffs.
