    Looks like were trying to increase his Stamina, by doing long distance training. really good 2 see yao being so dedicated to the Cause.

    The Chinese characters in the background gave it away, he's still in China.

    Dang, Yao's shirt is sopping wet. Every square inch of the top part is drenched. Looks like he just took a shower, and forgot to take his shirt off.

    that's exactly what i was thinking. what the heck, get the guy some running shoes. those baby blue kicks he wore at his first all-star game would've been better. yet he wore those on a bball court.......

    Wasn't there an interview recently of CD saying that Yao was in China training something new and that we would get a COMPLETLY NEW Yao new season?!
    Could it be stamia? or a new move?

    Guys, he's probably training in basketball shoes because that's what he'll be wearing on the court. I know it's not the most comfortable thing, but it will sure as hell prepare him for the real thing.

    On top of that, maybe he has to wear hightops to support his healing ankle.

    Looking closer at those shoes, I'm thinking those are probably cross trainers, if not high top running shoes. Just take a closer look at the soles.
