Then you're extremely ignorant of what "inappropriate" means. The D&D forum is there for a reason. This forum is here for a reason. There is a reason they were separated. You are aware of the D&D. Discuss your hatred there.

Is it inappropriate to make fun of someone's dead friend?

apparently you don't know what any forum is for, since YOU WERE BANNED

secondly you can keep talking down to me, but as long as you refuse to admit that the post i responded to was political, you have no legs to stand on

again, i didn't open this thread to discuss bush/obama, someone else started that for me.

I really don't see how the initial response was baiting a political response. It was your condescending tone in reply to it that reeked of typical D&D behavior.

As far a my being banned? How in any way is this related? I've been banned a few times in the 9 years I've been here. It still has no relevance to your comment being inappropriate to this forum. As I said, you're fully aware of where to post those opinions.

I know what thefreak meant, it may not have been negative to you, i interpeted it differently. so please don't tell me how i should think or how i should respond to something, thefreak has been making the same point in the D&D

just like you asked me, are you this ignorant

pot meet kettle, take your own advise

Then it should have been replied to in the D&D, period.

    I'm done with this.

Anyway, here's more BUSH at the Olympics :

What...? You thought I would... and then... oh, c'mon... I WOULD, but I didn't.

And to whomever it was that said this is a "fun" president, I agree. Have we seen OTHER presidents hang out this much with the athletes? I mean, it happens EVERY four years... I would suppose just before the end of the last year of the term, they'd be all over the Olympics... is that not right?

And yet another D&D regular with a condescending comment.

Seriously, leave it in that forum.

Sorry. I will now revert to fatty-approved hangout material:

Once I got drunk and texted this girl while driving home! Read her email and make me feel better about myself! Woooooo.

    Seriously, just shut up.

some people are just bitter and angry no matter what....incapable of separating a little good clean fun with some big political debate. It's pretty sad that they feel the need to dump on anything and everything associated with someone whom they disagree.

Must be a drag to go through life so angry and hateful.

No. I just found it ridiculous and hypocritical for fatty to act like he is the foremost supplier and self-declared saint of "appropriate forum material". Especially since it was only when he felt his "side" (whatever the hell that is) was being attacked that provoked the moderator-ish tonality.

Moreover, the thread was hilarious and doing just fine until he got all uppity for whatever reason.

I like fatty's posts. Even the stupid ones. They're great reading if you enjoy silly internet banter, jokes, bizarre references to past internet phenomena and the occasional girlie pic. This is what fatty's posts usually result in, and I, for one, find it totally enjoyable.

That doesn't mean I can't rip on the guy occasionally.

If this was too far though, I apologize.

totally concur, and i'll take it one step further, i think he's right in general, he just shouldn't have directed his ire at me and he's the last person to direct ire at anyone.

I guess I misread the comment, I thought you might have been making fun of the recent thread where that girl broke up with him, but I guess it was more of a general statement. My apologies.

I agree that D&D style arguing should be left in the D&D, however Fatty is not exactly the most tactful individual when it comes to stating his opinions.

Oh sorry. No, I was not doing that. To be honest, I don't usually read the "relationship drama" threads. I was referring to fatty's drunken text-messaging stories or my-space hilarity.

Apologies, fatty, if that post unintentionally struck a sore spot.
