Not wanting to eat something so hot that It has to be handled with hazmat gear isn’t the same as being a picky eater.
Been here for 30 years. The area is nice and centrally located to Vermont Massachusetts and Maine. The city of Albany is going downhill. So we moved to the outskirts to get away from the crime. Son is a traveling musician so my anchor is gone. So I'm looking for a transfer in the College Station area to be closer to friends and family. Wife works remotely. Just waiting until interest rates to go down. Can't sell our house with a 3% apr to buy at 7.5
I don't think what I get at a 7 is 1m Scoville. No flex, I've grown and eaten Scorpion peppers which are 1.2m. This was milder. Of course, your milage may vary. I don't ego lift spices or pursue that sort of heat anymore, though. Just enough to make my scalp and bridge of my nose sweat.
Same. I think I've had some reaper/beef jerky and that was just a good way to make jerky taste bad. I made ghost pepper hot sauce one time too but it was too muddied down with jalapenos to be intense. Dad grows some little ornamental purple peppers that are fire idk what they are though. He says they're pequins but idk, they just make your mouth hurt. Favorite pepper is the serrano. Plus side of spicy but still has a great, fresh flavor. Idk why but jalapenos just taste kind of bitter to me. Thai chilis are great too but extra hot. Habaneros taste like the side of the sun but they're so good. Not a big fan of dried peppers either.
