My condo is around 800 sq.ft (I'm single and not home much, don't need much space) and Gexa just installed a new meter for my place and my bill went from $130 to $205. I have the AC basically off all day and only turn it on at night, washer/dryer...but this bill is insane. Gexa will have one pissed of customer call tomorrow. Just ridiculous.

The old lady below my place received her bill and it was $105.00 and she's home all day as she's retired, and I hear her AC run all the time. Having vaulted ceilings can't cause a $100.00 increase when I'm rarely home. ****ing pathetic.

A friend told me electricity is unnaturally high right now and it may be better to wait until after summer to try to lock in a lower rate. My 12.1 is about to end in July.

Two days later I saw the same thing on channel 2.

I drive by that dumb spark energy sign everyday on 45 by down town and every week it is higher and higher.
