Suggs plus Moody sounds fine to me at 5 and 8, but we do have to swing for it. I admit this cuts the bust risk by a great deal.

Trade the 24th pick for the 27th and the 44th from the Nets. Draft Robinson-Earl and Amar Sylla( the JT of Sengal) from the Belgian Pro League. Take Green at 2. Trade the 23rd and a future second for a lottery protected 2022 1st round pick. Retain the 23rd if Duarte falls down.

Nice, but then you should change your name to show that you're not a Jalen Green only fan.

Probably by moving the 23rd and the 24th picks. I like him, but not that much. If he falls to 23 then he should be selected.

Thor more likely than the other two.

One of those 3 would be cool, though I feel Stone will make some surprising picks.

Will be surprised I think we discussed pretty much everyone by now lol

I trust Stone the only thing I would be pissed is if we somehow got 3 guards in the draft.

Wall, EG, Armoni, Sterling Brown, Dante Exum, Sterling Brown, Nwaba, Kyhri Thomas...wanna make 10 dudes of the 15 man roster guards? Lol pls no

Yeah but considering how good Nwaba and Brown played they should be brought back.

Hard to imagine 23/24 rookie guard outperforming them. Plus remember even if all 3 of those guys are cut you still got EG, Wall, KPJ and no 2 (who seems to be Green at this pt). Every single PT at guard are taken by those guys except maybe 5-10 mins every game. Drafting guards at 23/24would be a waste as they wouldnt get enough PT to develop and would just be traded for scraps. That just a waste of assets.

OTH we thin AF 3-5. KJ Martin is a 6'6 PF, he really should transition to 3 alongside Tate. If we dont resign KO Wood is basically the only dude bigger than 6'8 on the roster.

If there is a trade down, my preferred pick.

Yes. We aren't as guard-heavy as we were at the end of the year. I still don't want a 3-guard draft, though. I also hope that we use all of our picks rather than trading one away for a future pick. Or we at least trade back and still get a third player this year, along with a future pick.

Well considering the consensus on who will be available and gets picked I think Stone will surprise us and a 2 guard + 1 forward / wing is definitely in the cards.

I would trade 23 and 24 for Jones in a heartbeat.

A draft of Green/Jones would be optimal. Two of the youngest most athletic guys in this draft. Sign me up for these building blocks.
