There are people who are lactose intolerant that would rule out cheese plus some people don't like the idea that you are basically eating spoiled salted milk.
Yeah, so it's not technically "cheese" in the literal sense, but it's close enough... Let's face it, if you've never spent two hours in front of the TV eating canned cheese squirted on Chicken in a Biscuit crackers....well...then you need to start smoking weed and give it a try...
Churny Cheddar (Vermont White) oh, and there are about 12 I had at Aries from their cheese plate at various times that are better than Churny Cheddar...just forgot their name. speaking of which, anyone been to see the Cheese Maids at the Farmer's Markets at T'apia and/or Rice U.
I don't know jack about cheese so I chose the Vspan one... My gf likes pepperjack.. so I guess I like that..
They used to serve Mimolette.....easily one of my favs. But I could never pick just one. There are so many I like.....I almost always get a cheese plate instead of dessert when at nice restaurants. From mild and creamy to old and sharp and stinky, I love me some cheese. I wish I hated it........then I wouldn't have to worry about going to hell. How can you go to hell if you have no soul?
IT's mostly curd,I don't know if it technically qualifies as a cheese, and since I had a bunch of the yak variety back in '03 I do know that if I were making a 'worst cheese' list......

I like Gouda and the slightly sweet English cheddar cheese. Give me a beer to go with it and I'm set.
