    So where is the tooth ? did they just sweep it up and throw it away ? I know it was only a permanent cause Deke knocked the original out !

    yeah I was wondering the same thing...where is the tooth? The primary treatment for a luxated tooth is immediate re-implantation (i.e. stick it back in). Maybe the jazz fans picked it up.
