I just heard it on the radio on my weay to work. He feels there's not even smoke for this deal. If it happens, then I'd be in shock.

Yeah, anyone hear of the Jefferson to the Spurs deal before that went down?

doc mentioned proof twice. where can we really find proof on the internet on not just rumors?

also, he says twice he wont report it, but someone else will. and that feigan can't keep his mouth shut when the team obviously wants to keep these talks quiet. maybe the less we hear about it, the more likely it is to get done. if it gets overblown maybe the suns will pull out.

overall, it sounds like he wants to reassure us that this isn't just bs talk, but he isn't allowed to say anything. maybe we can find the "proof" ourselves.

I dont liek the deal.. this is better

    Mac + Brooks + Cook + Landry for Amare + Barbosa + J-Rich+ 14th pick

Draft Jennings with 14th pick, don't resign Wafer

    Lowry/ Jennings / Barry
    Barbosa/J-Rich/James White
    Artest/Battier
    Amare/Scola/Hayes
    Yao/Amare/Dorsey

I didn't either until I heard about Yao's non-healing foot, now it makes a lot more sense.

How about player blogs or twitter pages? Anyone following-- especially one of the lesser piece might be more likely to say something...

    good pickup.

i was thinking that tmac or amare might make a comment about playing for the other team, but this makes a lot more sense when talking about proof which should be out there already.

Sounds to me like somebody read a trade somebody concocted in the Amare photoshop thread, called 790 to see what Palillo or whoever thought about it, and then somebody who heard it being discussed posted it on that site.

Its getting ridiculous out there. Like it's sad how often Sean and John and Matt and Rich have talked about the Knicks rumor of T-mac for Hughes and Mobley. That's not a rumored trade, that was concocted in the blog of some idiot sports writer from Newsday after he reported that the Knicks and Rockets had discussed T-Mac.

Doubtful anyone says anything on Twitter if they know something. I do know Brooks is on Twitter, and he is suppose to have a camp here in Houston next week. Maybe not!?

Yeah I'll take Barbosa, JRich, Amare, and the 14. Holy crap I'll take that.

We'd be loaded with talent. And a decent future still.

There is saying something and then there is saying "something." How about a Barbosa blog/twitter feed that bids farewell to the Phoenix community without further comment. Would that constitute proof? Yeah, in some people's minds...
