Dude, you follow me from post to post just like those dudes who followed Yao home. What are you a fan, someone who can't let go of the past, what? Honestly, it's kind of sad. I'd appreciate it if you would get off my dick please. Thanks in advance.
Suns were up 25 on the Jazz and the Coach put Nash back in the game. Nash himself said he thinks the chemistry is not there yet. So I expect the Suns to treat this like a regular game and not lay down for us. Although, I wish the Suns would rest their starters to help us out.
All kidding aside this is why Phoenix really doesn't have that much of a chance.....they don't have enough players and as the playoffs intensify and more is asked of them, they will run out of gas. IMHO, only San Antonio and Dallas have a good chance, and whomever comes out of the East because they will get a beat up WC opponent. The Suns.....nah ! DD
I think they have a shot. And the Nuggets giving the Spurs a run for their money and us giving the Mavs a run for their money--or beating them --helps their chances quite a bit. Having a week where Nash can idle with homecourt and drawing a worn down Lakers while SA gets a peaking Nuggets really helped them big time. Nash is really the only player they must conserve--the rest of the guys minutes can be spread around. Dallas has to be a strong favorite, I say 50/50, with the Spurs next (17%?). Phx (15%?) should be somewhere between the Spurs and Pistons (13%?). The only other two teams I could see winning it under the rosyest of scenarios (> 1%) are us, Heat and maybe the Bulls. Nobody else has a snowball's (< 1%). If I were betting, I'd cover the Mavs (unfortunately), Suns, Rockets and not the rest.
They don't seem to be playing too hard either, they're getting crushed on the boards and don't seem to be too into diving for loose balls.
This is Phoenix we're talking about. They never do anyone of those things. Raja Bell and Marion are the only two who play that type of game. Amare is going off and Marion is playing well. Nash is off, and their bench has played poorly. We're playing an outstanding game and we are currently only up by 10.
There's no point in that. If they are going to put their best players out there for over 30 minutes then they are trying to win the game (especially when D'Antoni put the starters in for the stretch run). They could have played a little longer but that game probably took a lot out of Nash and I promise it wasn't very exciting for them to see Amare go down ackward on that rebound.
No kidding. The Suns got REALLY lucky on that play. Amare rolled that ankle funny, but he hopped right back up. If that had led to any sort of injury, the Phoenix fans and media would've been calling for D'Antoni's head.
Would I ever be allowed to post on this board without both of them being in my thread. The only one missing is KingCheetah. Fisher didn't try to start anything though. He just commented with his opinion on the game. I don't have any problem with him when he's doing that.
You are right Kas13, I am doing to you exactly what happens to me, and it ain't right. So, I will only comment on the basketball portion and stop teasing you about your Rafer Alston takes. DD
