I just had Pappa Geno's. It is ridiculously awesome. I worked at the Lowe's on Ella's two years ago and never tried. I will definitely be buying another in the not too distant future
I was about to say... what idiot is bumping this thread? Because when it comes to cheesesteaks in H-Tine, there is ONLY Pappa Geno's. 99'ers know. PG are you with meeeeeee. Gratz on finally trying it.
In the mid 90s, I liked the philly cheese steaks at Hooters. Was it on Kirby? I cannot remember. No, I think it was on I-59...
59 and Kirby. I think Hooters wings are underrated. I like that they're fried. I was in Memphis's airport a month ago. They had a sandwich place called Lenny's. There is a Lenny's Sandwiches downtown but the Memphis place was different. I haven't done a lot of cheese steaks but they had breakfast one that was very flavorful. I find some cheese steaks to be bland.
Pappa Genos on Ella is right around the corner from my apartment, grab a number 1 on the regular, it's amazing. Apparently the one with Cheese Whiz is the proper Philly way, but I didn't like it, at least not compared to the one with regular cheese
