I think Juwan's a good guy and probably a good teammate, but he just hasn't had it this year.

I had high hopes for a career 17 and 8 guy, but I'm losing hope. He can't stick an open shot, and his feet seem glued to the court. I'd be happy with him in a supporting role, but he's getting the bulk of the minutes at the 4 spot.

Mo Taylor is likely the first player in league history to hit the IL w/ flu like symptoms. Never been much on the boards but he used to score some. At least in past seasons, he's been a guy who can get you some points with his mid range jumper, and the occasional post move when he feels like it.

Clarence Weatherspoon can basically be summed up by his attempted turn around jumper that got smothered last night.

Scott Padgett....I will reserve judgement here....for now....

    thank you scott

our pf situation isn't that bad, the thing is, there only avg on defense and rebounding....but scoring wise, we are above avg, but all of them have games facing the basket....not really any post players....

We have the worst power forwards in the league. They are untradable unless we take a contract on worse than Mo's.

This problem is compounded by us especially needing a banger to help Yao

Non-Existant would be a good word to add to the poll

Maybe even OXYMORON. There is NO power in any of our forwards.

Are you sure? I have been impressed with JH's ability to knock down open shots.

The Rockets are 14th in Rebounding percentage right now (middle of the pack), and third in FG percentage defense. This shows that the idea that weak PF play is killing the Rockets is a bunch of crap. It's not stopping them from being excellent defensively, and their rebounding is average. The answer is SUFFICIENT at worst.

never mind the fact that Sura and Mcgrady combine for 12 boards per game

    3 more than Howard, Taylor

Howard is ok defensively... Taylor is abysmal

Don't you seen Yao has to pick up a few fouls just to cover their mistakes each game? And don't you see Tmac and Sura rebound like crazy?

Not being able to stop penetration at the 1 seems to me to be as big a problem as the problems at the 4.
