    How about Channing Frye?
    What's the word on him?

Frye would be a good option at PF. I'm not sure he will still be available when the Rockets pick though.

Every drafts are differents depending on the site.
NBAdraft.net has him too high for us(mid first round). Draftcity.com has him being available for us.
Then again it should all change after the camps...

Isn't the knock on him that he is too soft?

I'd rather add more toughness than finesse. Turiaf sounds fine to me if he is available.

At this point, I'm tired of hoping Yao will show up every game...

So take the best overall offensive/defensive big man...

    May fine...
    Turiaf(my pick) fine...
    Warrick fine...
    Simien fine...

Just someone that can GET ON THE BLOCK and post up...

i think warrick might be the way to go iof he is still there. he is a combo 3/4 who can guard both positions.

he may not be a good post defender (too light weight) but think of the 4's in the nba now (marion, odom, dirk) they don't post up...think of how the dallas series would look right now with warrick on our team.

he is bowen with rebounding/shotblocking, and athleticism.

now my second choice is turiaf for his size and strength. after that i would consider a SF like granger, garcia, or gomes.

granger won't last that long, that many teams can't be that dumb. if he doesn't go top 15 i'd be shocked. but if the rockets are looking SF gomes would be nice pick. he's a very good rebounder and mid range/low block scorer.
