Maybe, maybe not. There are lots of games to be played and anything could happen.

Tom Brady is the reincarnation of Joe Montana.

Peyton Manning has won one Super Bowl, and he is a shill who never met an endorsement he didn't like.

What if Colts win the Supberbowl this year? How would you rank the two of them?

I'd still rank Brady ahead of him, since he's won three Super Bowls.

Winning superbowl is not all about the QB, defense, coaching and all other things matter, as well as teammates around you.

Leaning towards Manning. Based on his sheer intelligence and ability to read defenses, call audibles and pick them apart -- I don't know if there's ever been a quarterback that has been better at this than Manning. He manages games so well that he almost doesn't even need a coach.

That said, Brady is pretty close, although people are incredibly high on him now because of what he's done this season.

And what makes you think Brady isn't good at calling audibles?

Just because he doesn't scream out crap to the offense every play like Manning doesn't mean that Brady can't read defenses.

From the looks of it, Brady seems to have defenses down pretty good.

Brady and Manning are by far the two best QBs of this generation, no one elese is even close. It is pretty sad now there are only two great QBs and an ancient Farve. When there used to be tons of great QBS.

Which team has a better chance of winning if their QB goes down - Colts or Pats? I think Manning matters more to the Colts then Brady does to the Pats, but right now Brady looks more like Joe Montana Jr. on the field and a Derek Jeter type off the field. Wicked combo.

This reminds me of Marino vs Montana.
I think if you put Marino on the 49ers, you'd get the same production. However, Montana did have this Michael Jordan aura about him where you think he'll never lose.

Where in that post did I question Brady's ability to call audibles? I just said Peyton is the best at it.

Any of you who said Brady (most of you whom I don't like anyway) are blinded by how the Patriots have succeeded and know nothing about NFL football.

Peyton Manning controls a game from start to finish. He meticulously reads the defensive sets and always opts to a play that is more suitable to beat the selected coverage or blitz package. In all likelihood there has never been a better QB in terms of sheer mental ability. He runs his offense in a way I haven't seen since Steve Young was leading the Niners to their last Super Bowl.

Tom Brady is just a good QB caught up in an NFL Watergate. The Patriots are beginning to be exposed for what the truly are. A bunch of filthy ****ing cheaters who can't play fair.

Brady. He's long been the better postseason performer, and now that he has comparable receivers and surrounding talent to Manning, he's become the better regular season performer as well.

How much of the Patriot success was due to the New England defense?

I'm not talking about team success. I'm talking about how the two have played on the offensive side of the ball (mostly independent of defense) during their biggest games, both of whom have a decent sample size. Even in the Colts' one championship season, with the exception of the second half of the AFC Championship, Manning did not play well at all. It was (to my complete and total shock) the Colts' defense and running game that led the way.

He had 5 TDs and 0 INTs yesterday against a damn good (and previously undefeated) Dallas team.

This year, Brady is #1 in EVERY major passing category.
