I've really liked the dude, and always wanted him to stay, but lately his stuff has just been the same and really really annoying. I have to sign this..he needs to go.. nice guy, poor commentator
I'm pretty sure that a lot of the people who think removing Clyde as an announcer would improve the state of the Rockets also think that Leslie is an A-OK owner. These people probably don't know that one of the first actions Leslie took when he bought the Rockets was to fire Calvin - [rquoter]Not everyone loved his act on TV, and when Les Alexander bought the team virtually his first move was to fire Calvin. The public outcry on Murphy's behalf surprised the new owner, and he quickly rehired him. [/rquoter] Like I said, Clyde is probably just doing this job as a favor to Leslie. Leslie even hired Adelman based largely on Clyde's recommendation. All of this misguided anger towards a Houston legend should be redirected at Leslie, the true devil in this scenario.

So they change from Fox Sports to Comcast right ? Who is the boss of Worrell and Drexler, does anybody really have an understanding who giveth and taketh their jobs ? Where is the petition, by the way, if you want to make some serious noise, you better get a real petition out there.
Fake petition for a fake broadcaster I think all those guys from Fox Sports just move over to Comcast. Maybe probably not. Maybe Comcast selects and chooses who it wants to bring over from FSH, if anyone.
clyde might be ONE of the only reasons I watch if we keep losing.....that guy is a comedic genius and doesnt even know it!

Hahaha hilarious. You guys all suck though I love Clyde. Without a doubt, not a good commentator but that doesn't mean I don't like him. There are BOUNTIFUL amounts of horrible commentators out there, at least we have someone with a strong liking for Houston and our team.
We're not saying we don't like him. Like you said yourself....He's not a good commentator. I like him....especially when there's no mic in front of him.
