I seriously don't see or hear any of that, and I enjoy Clyde's commentary alot more than Bullard. But hey, just an opinion, and I'd hate to see Clyde go for generic analyst.
Clyde is a terrible color guy. Nice guy, great player, TURRRIBLE color guy. Get him the hell out of there. PLEASE!

He's got to go. I've gotten to where I want the other teams' announcers on LP. Maybe not if we play Boston, but pretty much anybody else. I was angrier at his commentary last night than I was about our inability to box out, so maybe that's why Les is keeping him. He was one of my favorite players and that 1995 lineup is still my favorite of all-time, but he's an embarrassment as an announcer. Now don't let him go then replace him with someone worse like Calvin. Bring back Van Chancelor or find some new blood from radio or even Jason Friedman
Clyde Drexler is a CONSUMATE PROFESSIONAL. Phenomonal basketball player, top 50. Ever. THE reason I mute home games and listen to music instead.
I despair when I have to listen to Drexler. I mostly mute the game and listen to music. How can somebody combine such stupidity, banality *and* horrible timing at the same time?
So this **** is posted and not only does it get 3 stars, but 3 pages in and no one is going to object to any of this? I mean not only is it insulting, it's not even clever in any way. I would ban this guy, or at least give him one of those red dots. We're talking about a Houston legend here. Do you think Clyde really cares about this job? Battier, Alston, Head, and Howard (who deserved the criticism). I thought blaming scrub role players was pretty sad. The last 17 years of Houston sports can be summed up as either unlucky, injured, or untalented.
Love the guy. He is boring. I know his friends love him too. Not fun to watch on the Television at all.

i felt the same exact way. Hes not the best but people are making some very harsh comments. Theres no need to stoop so low. You don't like his commentary? Then mute it or pay more attention to the actual game.
I really hate when Matt starts dogging our team. Dude I already know this team is mediocre no ****ing need for you to add the extra piss. Just call the stats and stfu.
