I might sound like a broken record but this is a crucial time for our team. I love my team. It’s heartbreaking that our talent is being wasted by this guy. We fans need to do everything we can to draw the attention of upper management. If you think changing the coach won’t change anything, then why not go for a change? If the new coach drastically improves our record, I think it would do wonders for the development of our guys. I just don’t see any value in retaining Silas. Please spread the word to our fellow Rockets fans. We need to do everything we can to get this guy out!!
You are a broken record. The spoiler is that Silas was the tank commander all along, and management seems to be dead set on a 3rd top 5 pick, so be patient.
His team is 2-12 but he doesn’t know “the source of the team’s frustration”? Is this guy serious? I would have been less angry if he actually showed some frustration, but he’s all smiles.
I hope it works. Realistically, it won't. At some point I might no longer tune in because being by far the worst team for 3 years straight while watching EVERY game has been nothing but miserable
The national media is starting to notice. Vernon and Kevin O’Connor were talking about abysmal the Rockets look and how they look directionless on the court. They said it’s the worst basketball in the NBA.
you literally don't matter. stop acting like you make any semblance of a difference. the rockets don't give af about you and never will
keep going! youre making the difference! youre fighting for your team more than those paid millions to do so!
Meh, jalen is looking better, alpi is looking promising as well though i’m not really a believer. Jabari looks horrid but is a rookie. Things are pretty much as expected, no real surprises
I’d never wish for someone to lose their job, especially not Silas, but these guys need to win at least occasionally or that result is going to be on them.
Silas seems like a really nice guy, and for tanking he seems excellent, but I don't think the way our team plays is due to a lack of talent.
A lot of national guys have been saying so, especially the smartest guys who watch the most games -- e.g. Sam Vencenie, Nekias Duncan, Danny Leroux. If you follow a lot of basketball podcasts, the ineptitude of the Rockets, particularly on offense and particularly on how Jabari is misused, is one of the topics of the early part of this season. Silas has to go. See my signature.
