LMAO thats funny how the center pushed Mario for doing that jump shot but when the Giants get a sack the whole teams does it.

 

How is that a weak take? If some fans are gonna root for the rookie thats playing the best then damn right im gonna bash them. So if Mario doesnt get a sack the next 5 games and Vince Young has a coupleof 300 yd passing games then will those Mario Williams "fans" jump off his bandwagon?? Thats whats weak.

 

It's weak because that isn't what has happened in this instance. The whole Vince/Bush/Mario thing has been wildly polarized since January of 2006, and there hasn't been a lot of changing sides. A few people have begun to say, "you know what, perhaps I was wrong--this Mario kid is looking good. And, since he plays for my team, I'm going to root for him." You're piling on calling those people "bandwaggoners", and that's not what's happening here. I agree people jump on and off bandwagons a lot, but again that's not the case here.

It looked like you were just reaching for some retort because your guy's performance so far is pretty indefensible; thus the take was pretty weak. Mario, so far, is kicking Bush's ass all over the field.

 

He may be outperforming Bush right now but lets have this conversation 3yrs from now and see who's having the better career. If Mario is having 9 and 10 sack seasons and Bush is doing the same thing he is doing now then i'll admit i was wrong but as of now I still think Bush will be the better player.

 

Let's. Because it very well may be Reggie Bush. Or maybe not.
