Does anyone know a good Pest Control company to help me capture a Racoon in the attic in a house I rent out?

Family has used this guy since the 90s. He's awesome and I'm sure could do the job. He's located out of katy, but we live right outside of the beltway near dairy ashford to give you an idea.
