If you're going north on I-35 from downtown and you want to take the bridge to 183/Research, GET IN LINE. People who try to cut over at the last second deserve to have their arms ripped out of their sockets.

If you wait until the LAST second to decide which road to take when I-35 splits off into upper and lower... just do us all a favor and DIE.

If you do not physically drive into the designated center lane to make your left turns (*cough*onLamar*cough*), you obviously have zero redeeming value to society and your life is therefore forfeit.

Assuming no traffic, if you go less than 5 miles over the speed limit in the far left lane (especially on Mopac), I will kill your entire family, burn your house down, and piss on the ashes.

Oh, yeah. In addition to a slow, agonizing death, all these people deserve to have their car keyed as well. :)

What if he has a legit emergency? Or, just let the cops deal with him. I don't think they deserve to have their cars keyed because they're going 100.

Vescey, you. complete. me. I friggin love you.

My sentiments EXACTLY. My biggest beefs with traffic all in one post. Although you could have added the people who try to merge onto the freeway going 20 under and still braking.

I hate it, too, when I'm in the "fast lane" going 80 and some dumb mother****er in a pickup truck decides to get cute and tailgate me because he just CAN'T STAND how many miles per gallon he's currently getting. Hey, dip****, there's not a chance in hell I'm going to slow down to 65 so I can change lanes just so you and your Dale Ernhardt sticker can play racecar.

Guess what, *******? Even if I DO move over, there are cars in front of me! You'll zoom up and tailgate them, and then the NEXT car. There isn't just some wide open lane of traffic ahead of me! If you want to go 90, then you better EARN it with some fancy lane changes at speed. If that doesn't interest you and you still wanna hit 100 in your r****ded dually, buy a ******* EZ Tag. There's no way I'm going to slow down in order for you to speed up.

Sure there are the minute exceptions, but that would be the case for everything listed in this thread.

I agree that going 85+ is dangerous.

While it's dangerous, it also puts more strain on your engine and effects your gas mileage. Not to mention the stress on your breaks if you catch up to traffic going 65 and you're going 85+..

    FYI

    One more:

People who change lanes in front of you for no apparent reason, especially when the lane they were in was empty, and on top of that go slow as hell.

People who block the whole lane to wait for a parking space outside of walmart when there is a empty one just few feet away, all they have to do is to get their fat asses to walk few more feet.

People who don't use their turn signals.

People who move my motorcycle out of a parking spot so they can get their truck in a closer spot.

People behind you who know you're about to pass a car but cross the double yellow early so they can be first.

People who walk slowly through the parking lot side-by-side with their three or four friends/family members, blocking traffic.

People who drive at the same exact speed as the car next to them on a two-lane road. I call this 'flying formation' - they're a rolling roadblock that prevents cars from passing. If you're gonna drive at the same speed as the guy next to you, get in his lane.
