In American society he is considered "black". Any noticable African ancestry, no matter how small, makes people classify you as black.

    Legacy of enslavement.

I have no doubts that this lady, and others, has a bad ass car, and might be abusing the system. You stretching that into the system being horrible, racially biased, and unworthy is ridiculous. Everyone on welfare is just takin guvment money, drivin them Dodge Challengers huh, buyin cigs and booze with your money brother! Let's get rid of the system, because to you, if people can't afford to eat, **** em! That's what this country is missin'. Some good ol' tough lovin. Letting people starve in the streets is what America needs. You. Are. Stupid.

If he was Barack Obama, death row inmate, he'd be 100% black, but, he's not so...

black is a skin color not a race. kinda sad that you don't get that after all the discussion that has gone on here.

Black = Caucasian mixed with African.

    Black <> African.

    Black < African

Saying someone is half black doesn't make sense since black is a mix already. Obama is black. Simple as that.

No. There is pretty much no racism in America especially compared to everywhere else. If racism was an issue minorities wouldn't be risking life and limb to get their families into this country. Common sense.

Take a group of minorities to northern Louisiana, or most of Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma, etc. And tell me there's no racism.

I've spent time in all of those states. Very little racism (same as every other state). Just people like you who stereotype southerners.

People want to escape Mexico, so obviously, that means the U.S. isn't racist at all!

Mexicans, Caribbean blacks, and every other ethnicity risk everything to live in the southern United States over their homelands. That suggests a lack of racism. People don't usually risk that much to live in a territory they will be hated and treated unequally.

As a black man.......I have to respectfully disagree. Don't mistake the lack of overt racism for the absence of racism.
