NO sucks. I love Davis talent but I do question if he can be the number one option on a true contender. There is no reason injuries and all that the Pelicans should be this bad. I just don't know how much he impacts winning as crazy as that sounds. He's been in the league long enough to were I think if he has one more season like this people are really going to start questioning him. I do think the main reason for his teams struggles is that dominant bigs are not as inpactful anymore, Even ones as talented as Davis. I would love to see him play with a superstar guard and see what happens? Him with Chris Paul or even James harden woukd be a leathal tandem. Obviously the pels are not trading him for atleast another 2 seasons after this one and he would have to force their hands. I think Davis is going to be one of those guys that gets left behind for a few years till he changes teams and joins another superstar. No great player is signing in NO.
