I was laughing at how ghetto the whole scene was at cici pizza in pearland. This huge lady comes in with 500 of her churren and the first thing she says is 'I have a complaint' how can you have a complaint ? when you just walked in! Pearland has nice new homes. I think that is the draw and I see that being its advantage for the time being. Down the line within 10 years I think the ghetto of the people trashing it will bring it all down. Its the same thing that has happened to SW houston and those burbs. I just don't see Pearland being a good long term option. If I was in Pearland I would be selling in the next 5 years. That's just me. Also not much different than Katy or Jersey village or Dallas for that matter- No trees. Houses are nice enough I suppose.
