I'm going to go out on a limb and say it feels something like this:

Some of you guys seem to forget that the regular season is the time used to develop chemistry and learn to play as a team. Don't we keep telling folks that Kevin Martin will have a full training camp with us, etc?

Those saying Wade and LeBron dominate the ball, when did they play on a team where they didn't have to dominate the ball? What teams were they on where there was a better option to give the ball to? When Shaq first came to Miami he was still a good post presence and Wade didn't seem to have a problem sharing with him. Wade and LeBron can play off the ball just fine.

Question: Who will enjoy watching Miami Blow out 80% of the league by 20 every night?

    Serious question.

Highlights are fun because . . well back in the day they were kind of rare.
If the Miami show becomes a dunkathon . . where is the fun in that.
I have a bit of forboding about this.

I think Miami's biggest issue is going to be DISINTEREST
They will think they can Turn it on and Turn it off.
Slacking and BSing for 3 quarters then turning it on in the 4th

Chemistry on the court, not chemistry in the locker room....I am talking about how they fit together, and did not win a championship.

Wade and Lebron both need the ball, neither are catch and shoot players...

Chemistry......will it work? I think they may not work out as well as they like.

As a Rockets fan I really dont care about the Heat.
    But as an NBA fan
    THIS F******KING SUCKS!
They have 3 superstars that are in their prime and two of their bench players could easily be starters

I guess all we can do is pray to the basketball gods that all of this will result in failure ala Malone Payton Kobe Shaq except these guys are young.

scottie pippe and jordan were not catch and shoot players. both need the ball to be effective and they worked out just fine.

the thing is both lebron and wade are UNSELFISH and they have both demonstrated that to a large degree. both are actually very good jumpshooters (lebron is improving rapidly). wade has a great mid-range game. both are the 2 most feared penetrators in the L.

now you add a jumpshooting bosh + a 3pt shooter in miller + a jumpshooting center to that team. they can just take turn penetrating and dishing, which will open up the court.

plus, they'll go 1-on-1 quite frequently and they can create their own shots.

    they'll be fine.

the main question is are they tough enough on the interior to bang with the lakers/magic/celtics. their perimeter is set to dominate the L. it's their rebounding and interior defense that are questions going into next season.

Did folks enjoy seeing the Lakers cream everyone (80's and 2000's), or the Bulls in the 90's? I think the answer is yes.

This isn't the first time a super trifecta has happened. Give me Jordan/Pippen/Rodman over this current trio anyday.

jordan + pippen....you really think LBJ + Wade are going to reach that duo status?

Despite the numbers from both LBJ + Wade, neither of them can carry MJ jock strap......

Major Difference in MJ + Pippen is, we knew who was the Alpha dog on that team.

Who is the Alpha dog? LBJ....Wade...LBJ.....Wade....LBJ....Wade (If Riley is smart, he would immediately establish who is the Alpha Dog on this team).

I know they will win a lot of regular games in the playoffs and they may win some championships but it won't be this season.

Year 2/3 is when i expect them to dominate the league and challenge the 72 Win record..

Heat fans are lucky to see this trio for the next 5 years.....but i expect the 1st year to have Chemistry issues until they address the whole Alpha dog issue.

Or they may be just like Boston....

But I think the Lakers match up very well with them and they got Kobe.......

Dam it really kills me to say this but if it was a heat vs lakers finals i would root for the la...lak...lakers

Its just really a b**** move for all of them to team up the biggest b**** being LBJ. Wade may have a ring but hasnt done crap since, i felt like punching wade in the face when he said no one ever one a championship by themselves as to justify why all three teamed up.

you know damn well you're not comparing apples to apples. face it, if this team is healthy and they fill out their roster the way it's looking like, that's a damn fine team.

i already hate them more than any team in the league, but it's time you remove your rockets-colored glasses.

We've seeing half a team being built up in front of our very eyes, lol. This team went from half a roster full of scrubs and Wade to a top contender.

Bingo. If these guys dominate, perhaps a couple hardcore fans will be turned off....but the casual audience is going to skyrocket. Just like how ppl tuned it, who didn't normally, to watch Jordan dominate, they're going to do the same here.

And about the chemistry issues, that's laughable honestly. Not because it's untrue or anything but because that's only possible downside ppl can think of! I mean cmon! You got LeBron James + Dwayne Wade + Chris Bosh and we're worried about chemistry issues. Chemistry issues  . Honestly ask yourself: do you seriously think this team will fail because of chemistry issues?

...Or are you just hoping they will?

I'm guessing it's the latter. Deep down, you know they're going to destroy everyone. If you believe otherwise, you're intentionally deluding yourself.

it just seems to me that they want to win rings and have a lot of fun doing it. i dont see on-the-court egos getting in the way. no need to establish 'alpha dog' status and just play it like the celtics: whoever is hot that game gets the ball.
