Yesterday, a selfless member of ClutchFans offered to give a free ticket to a well deserving fan. I figured I'd give it a try and get my dad with polio to go to the game. Turns out another member of ClutchFans very generously offered to just buy my dad and I tickets to last nights playoff game. We were more than thankful for any amount he would transfer to my PayPal account. Turns out, he transferred way more than he ever needed too and it allowed us to get awesome lower bowl seats right next to the rowdies. I am currently a senior at UTSA, graduating this May so I had to drive all the way from San Antonio to go pick up my dad to go to the game. He was completely shocked by the amazing opportunity he was given and extremely thankful that he finally got to go to his first ever Rockets playoff game. I check ClutchFans often, but I rarely post threads so I don't really know how to make this look all cool and show you guys pictures of my dad and I at the game. Just know that we were loud and cheering on our Rockets throughout. The purpose of this fairly long thread is just to make sure King1 gets thanked. You sir are a very selfless man and my dad and I would love to meet you one day to show you how truly thankful we are. Great people do exist in this world and it inspires me to Pay it Forward, the next opportunity I get. Few takeaways from our first playoff game. 1. Aldridge is a beast. 2. Atmosphere was amazing, completely different intensity than a regular season game. 3. The Rowdies are amazing, wish all our fans had that enthusiasm for the Rockets. 4. Although, we're down 2-0 this series is not over. Don't fret Red Nation, we will rise and we will win this series.
