deron shot 49% fg and 50% from 3s in the playoffs. pierce was a no-show until game 7 v. the cavs. deron is the best player of his team. pierce sometimes is the best, but garnett is often the best player on his team.
EXACTLY. pierce has to re-watch that cavs series and should see how much he sucked before he salvaged himself in game 7.
I think you should take your own advice. he averaged 22 points, on less than 40% FG. He was a volume chucker for a guy that is 6/9 who never averaged over 7 boards a game. no one said hes kwamer brown, but he is hardly a second star and to say he did nothing in the post season prior to this season is just dead wrong no matter how you cut it.
scratch that on the rebounds..i was looking at the defensive rebound column. nevertheless a very ineffecient scorer.
